ABOUT US

Symington Community Council is a voluntary organisation made up of local residents, each with a genuine interest in the community. Their main role is to be representative through consultation with the local community, and make it known to the local authority and other public bodies the views of local people on all matters affecting them.

Community Council members serve on the council for a period of three years and the Officers are elected annually. Meetings are open for public attendance, with full minutes published for public consideration.  The Community Council encourages anyone with any local concerns, issues or information to get in touch via the Contact Form on the website, email us at symingtoncc@hotmail.com or attend any of the monthly meetings to discuss in person.
